Caregiving responsibilities for aging parents takes a toll on employees as they juggle responsibilities at work and at home. Providing time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a good start, but is not enough when facing the challenges of taking care of your parent who is losing abilities as they age. ElderHonor offers a solution to help employees through this journey with an EAP.

A Community of Caregivers on the same Journey
With 10,000 people a day turning 65, there are many that need a community to help them through this time of their life. That’s where our community can help. Groups focus on the main areas of caregiving and employees can join the conversation whenever they like to just listen or contribute. Just knowing there are others on the same journey is comforting and we facilitate that within our confidential community.
Focused Learning
The community hosts specialists across many fields so employees can learn more about a subject, here new research, or hear how to work through the many issues that come up during this time. Some videos will be live but all are recorded and added to the library that can be watched at any time.
Our Program is Family Oriented

Your employees can impact extended family members to create
generations of confident caregivers.

Our one-day workshops are currently on-hold due to COVID. Please contact us for available dates.
